Log-It! is a personal hydration logging and wellness tracking application developed by MIYLabs, not a certified medical diagnostic device, diagnostic instrument, or healthcare service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or fluid balance disorder. The Smart Goal Calculator, dynamic goal recommendations (derived from body weight, activity level, and climate factors), and beverage hydration efficiency factors are mathematical estimates provided strictly for informational and personal tracking purposes. They do not constitute medical, dietary, or professional health advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or dietitian regarding your personal medical hydration requirements.

You maintain sole responsibility for manual drink logs, custom container capacities, daily goal overrides, reminder configurations, and any dietary or hydration decisions made using the application. MIYLabs assumes no liability for adverse health outcomes, overhydration, dehydration, or physiological issues resulting from reliance on the application's calculations, reminder notifications, or historical statistics.

Beverage references and age-appropriate use

Beverage names, including beer, wine and spirits, identify personal intake records only. Log-It! and MIYLabs do not sell, serve, supply or deliver alcohol, and these tracking options do not facilitate its purchase. The labels are not endorsements or recommendations to drink.

Children and anyone below the legal drinking age in their location must not drink alcohol. Meeting the app's minimum-use age does not permit alcohol use. Parents and guardians should supervise age-appropriate app use.

Hydration factors are informational estimates, not measures of blood alcohol, impairment or a safe amount to drink. Do not use them to decide whether drinking or driving is safe.

You are responsible for accurate entries and following local laws and age restrictions. Log-It! does not supply alcohol or recommend drinking. Accepting these Terms does not waive your legal rights or our privacy and safety obligations.

Your age helps us show suitable content and ads. Alcohol-related categories are available only after a user declares an age of 21 or older. This conservative app threshold is not permission to drink and does not replace local law. Enter age information accurately and update it in Settings when appropriate. Existing records are not deleted by this visibility restriction.

Log-It! provides self-service data portability features enabling users to export hydration history into Comma-Separated Values (CSV) spreadsheets and formatted PDF health summaries. You are solely responsible for reviewing the accuracy and completeness of exported records prior to presenting them to healthcare providers, physicians, or medical personnel. You maintain full responsibility for the confidentiality, handling, storage, and transmission of exported files once saved to your local storage or shared with third parties.

Intelligent reminders, interval alarms, Glance home screen widgets, and Quick Settings tiles rely on native Android operating system services, including AlarmManager, WorkManager, and system notification dispatchers. The delivery and timing of reminder notifications may be delayed, suspended, or silenced by Android battery optimization features, Doze mode, background execution limits, or device manufacturer power-management policies. MIYLabs is not liable for missed reminders, scheduling delays, or widget refresh latency.

Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication, Google Drive API (drive.appdata), and Android Health Connect are optional third-party platform integrations provided by Google LLC and are subject to Google's respective terms of service and service availability. Cloud backup archives reside solely within your private Google Drive appDataFolder. MIYLabs does not host user credentials, manage Google authentication tokens, or maintain custody of private backup archives. MIYLabs is not liable for service outages, network interruptions, or quota limits imposed by Google platform services.

Current release: up to eight inline banners. Log-It! includes Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). The production app may show one clearly labelled inline banner near the top and one at the end of each main tab: Home, History, Reminders, and Settings. These placements are separated from app controls by deliberate spacing; there are no interstitial, rewarded, or app-open ads. Ads never appear in notifications and are never triggered by logging water or another beverage. Google may process your IP address, app and device identifiers (including the Android advertising ID when available), diagnostics, consent choices, and ad interaction signals to provide, secure, measure, and—only where permitted by your choices and law—personalize advertising. UMP requests consent where required and exposes Ad privacy choices in Settings when a privacy-options form is required. Development builds use Google's official test inventory only and cannot generate publisher revenue. Hydration entries, goals, Health Connect data, Google Drive backups, account details, and exported files are never supplied to the advertising SDK or used for ad targeting. The Log-It! name, trademark, visual branding, user interface design, and original application software remain the exclusive intellectual property of MIYLabs and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Included open-source components and Android Jetpack libraries retain their respective individual licenses. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, tamper with, or redistribute the proprietary software without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Log-It! is provided strictly 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind. MIYLabs, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data corruption, device malfunction, service interruptions, or third-party outages.
